How to Make Homemade Popsicles

If you prefer written instructions, here is the method:
STEP 1
Place frozen mango chunks and water in your high-speed blender.

STEP 2
Blend until completely smooth.


STEP 3
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. I’m using silicone ice cream molds here.

STEP 4
Place the molds in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.

STEP 5
Gently remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!

What Are the Ingredients in These Mango Popsicles?
You are only going to need 2 ingredients to make these tropical popsicles:
Mango (fresh or frozen)
Water
Yup, that’s it! You can also add a drizzle of maple syrup for more sweetness. That’s what I did in the video and the result was great!

How Long Does It Take Homemade Popsicles to Freeze?
It usually takes mine 4-6 hours to freeze. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use ice cube trays.

- 250 g frozen mango chunks (1 mango)
- Splash of water

Do the mango chunks have to be frozen first or can I just use fresh mango since it’s going to be frozen after anyway?

Hi Courtney, my advice would be to use frozen mango for this recipe. You might not end up with the same texture if you use fresh mango.
