How to Make Raspberry Popsicles
Here is the recipe video for you!
If you prefer written instructions, you can find the full (and easy) method just below the video, as well as step-by-step pictures.
Have fun!
STEP 1
To a high-speed blender, add frozen raspberries and water. Add a drizzle of maple syrup for more sweetness. This is optional.

STEP 2
Blend until completely smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender once or twice.
You want to obtain a thick and creamy ice cream so don’t add too much water.

STEP 3
Spread the mixture into ice cream molds using a spoon. I’m using silicone molds here.
If you don’t have ice pop molds, you can use ice cube molds or simply place the ice cream in a bowl and enjoy it with a spoon!

STEP 4
Place the molds in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or until completely solid.

STEP 5
Take the raspberry ice cream pops out of the freezer and gently remove them from the molds.

Now if you want, you can decorate the popsicles with some melted chocolate and crushed frozen raspberries.

What Are the Ingredients of This Raspberry Ice Cream?

Water

Dark chocolate (optional, for decorating)

How to Make Popsicles Without a Mold
If you don’t have popsicle molds, don’t worry – you can still make this recipe! Here is what you can use instead:
Ice cube trays
Yogurt containers
Small baking tins such as tartlet molds, cupcake tins, cannelé molds etc.
Or you can simply pour the ice cream in a bowl and enjoy it with a spoon. This way, you won’t even have to wait 4-6 hours for it to freeze 🙂
