3-Ingredient Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Do you love cookies? I do, and I love them even more when they are this easy to make.
I’m very happy to share this recipe with you today because I’ve made these cookies ever since I went vegan in 2014 and I still enjoy them very much today.

Healthy and Delicious Vegan Cookies
To make these cookies, you will only need 3 ingredients – oats (make sure you use gluten-free oats if needed), ripe bananas and chocolate chips.
Yep, that’s it!
Simply combine the oats and the mashed bananas together and fold in the chocolate chips. I like to use a generous amount of chocolate chips because, you know… there’s never too much chocolate.

These Oatmeal Cookies are Perfect for Meal Prep!
If you like meal prepping, these cookies will be perfect for you. Not only are they very easy to make, but they are also very healthy and great as a quick snack or breakfast!
I like to keep them in an airtight glass container and grab one or two or three every morning!

Okay, let’s jump into the (easiest) cookie recipe! I hope you will love these 3-Ingredient Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies! They are:
- Made with only 3 ingredients
- Rich in chocolate

These look so tasty! I make a version with nut butter, seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. But chocolate would be a great treat!
