Vegan Granola Bars Recipe

Oh how I love granola!

After making my Vegan Vanilla Blueberry Granola Tart which was a success at home, I thought I would make granola bars for dessert. This time I decided to add a drizzle of melted dark chocolate because chocolate make things even more enjoyable, right?

Easy and Gluten-Free Granola Bars

These granola bars are SO easy to make and take less than 15 minutes. They are a lot healthier than store-bought bars since they don’t contain any gluten, oil or refined sugar. This recipe makes 6 medium-sized bars so feel free to make a double batch if you meal prep for your family and want them to last you a week.

How to Make Vegan Granola Bars

To make these easy granola bars, all you have to do is combine oats, peanut butter and agave syrup until evenly coated.

Then, transfer the mixture to a baking pan or a silicone bar baking mold and press down so the granola sticks together.

Bake, let cool, add a drizzle of melted chocolate and sprinkle some unsweetened shredded coconut on top. Now you can enjoy one (or three) of these delicious bars!
