It is very easy to forget how lucky we are to have what we have, and to take what we have for granted.

Every morning, right when I wake up, I like to take 5 minutes to fill in my gratitude journal. This has helped me so much to become aware of how lucky I am to even be here on this planet.

I highly encourage you to take 5 minutes everyday to think about the little things that make your life so special.

It is all about the little things.
